En estos d\u00edas fr\u00edos siempre se antoja comer algo calientito y reconfortante \u00bfNo es as\u00ed? Adem\u00e1s va muy bien con la salsa de tomates y vino rojo. Vac\u00eda las rodajas de chorizo y saltea por 3 minutos cada lado.<\/p>\n<p>Transfiere el chorizo a un plato. Deja aparte.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00ede la cebolla en la grasa de la caserola por 2 minutos o hasta que se suavice, agrega el ajo y revuelve por unos segundos.<\/p>\n<p>Vac\u00eda el vino tinto, tomates, caldo de res, sal, pimienta y las tres hojas de laurel.
