Tu cocina se llena de aromas exquisitos. Prepararlo es sencillo.\u00a0Empieza con un excelente lomo de res como strip loin steak de <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/HRAEs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">High River Angus\u00ae<\/a>, este corte tambi\u00e9n es conocido como New York steak y es muy tierno y suculento. Lo \u00fanico que necesitas es una buena marinada o en este caso, un adobo.<\/p>\n<p>El adobo, como yo lo conozco, es una salsa espesa o pasta elaborada con diferentes chiles, tanto secos como frescos, hierbas, vinagre y especias. Este adobo combina diferentes chiles secos, chile guajillo, chile ancho, paprika y chile chipotle. Coloca el lomo de res, con la grasa hacia arriba, sobre una reja encima de una bandeja para asar. Despu\u00e9s baja la temperatura a 350 grados F y hornea 10-12 minutos por libra de carne o hasta que la temperatura interna de la carne llegue a 130 grados F.
