Pero si quiero prepararlos entre semana cuando tengo menos tiempo hago uso de algunos de mis trucos como, hacer la salsa antes, cocer y deshebrar el pollo y guardarlos en el refrigerador. (aproximadamente 200 grados Cent\u00edgrados).<\/p>\n<p>Sazona la pechuga con la sal de ajo. Calienta una cucharada sopera de aceite\u00a0y cuece la pechuga hasta que la temperatura interna alcance los 170 grados F (aprox\u00a076 grados C). Ch\u00e9calos de vez en cuando para asegurarte que se est\u00e1n asando. Cuando empieces a ver que la piel se torna oscura, volt\u00e9alos. Dos notas importantes: no pongas muchos de un jal\u00f3n porque\u00a0no se freir\u00e1n parejo y no les quites tu vista de encima porque se fr\u00eden rapid\u00edsimo. Cuando una tanda est\u00e1 lista transfiere a un plato cubierto con una toalla de papel para absorber el exceso de aceite.
