Cuando mi familia dice &#8220;vamos a hacer espagueti de Navidad&#8221; nos referimos a este platillo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es tan rico que lo hemos empezado a servir en otras celebraciones. Se ha convertido en la sopa de pasta de la cena de fin de a\u00f1o favorita. Y es ideal para fiestas de cumplea\u00f1os y otras celebraciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes del Espagueti con Jam\u00f3n y Crema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este espagueti a la crema lleva muy pocos ingredientes f\u00e1ciles de encontrar donde quiera que vivas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Jam\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes usar de hecho cualquier jam\u00f3n, desde el que usas para s\u00e1ndwiches o tortas, hasta el que te sobr\u00f3 de una fiesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que esta receta es ideal para usar el jam\u00f3n que te sobr\u00f3 de la cena de Acci\u00f3n de Gracias, por ejemplo. Congela el que te sobr\u00f3 de Navidad y ya est\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Crema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes usar crema mexicana (que es un poco m\u00e1s dulzona) o crema agria, sabe rico con cualquiera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3lo una cosa, aseg\u00farate que no est\u00e9 muy espesa, es preferible usarla cuando es un poco m\u00e1s l\u00edquida para que pueda entrar en los recovecos que forma el espagueti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu crema est\u00e1 muy espesa, agrega un chorrito de agua (por favor no uses leche porque podr\u00eda cortarse) y revuelve. Me encantar\u00e1 verla y tener la oportunidad de compartirla tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Espagueti con Jam\u00f3n y Crema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>12 porciones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n: 17 minutos &#8211; Principio a fin: 50 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 20 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De principio a fin: 45 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2 kg espagueti&nbsp;seco&nbsp;(approx 1 lb)<\/li><li>1 cucharada sopera de sal<\/li><li>5 cucharadas de mantequilla, dividida<\/li><li>1\/2 kg de jam\u00f3n picado (approx 1 lb)<\/li><li>1\/2 kg de queso Oaxaca o Manchego (aprox 1 lb), rallado (Chihuaha o Mozzarella son otras opciones)<\/li><li>1 1\/2 tazas de crema agria o crema mexicana<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de consom\u00e9 de pollo en polvo<\/li><li>25 ramas de perejil fresco, o al gusto, picado<\/li><li>3\/4 taza leche evaporada<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Utensilios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Olla grande<\/li><li>Colador<\/li><li>Tabla de picar<\/li><li>Cuchillo<\/li><li>Taza medidora<\/li><li>Refractario (si lo vas a hornear) u olla (si lo calentar\u00e1s sobre la estufa)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota importante: Este espagueti a la crema puede calentarse en dos formas, en el horno (por favor usa un refractario o plat\u00f3n para hornear), o sobre la estufa, para esto usa una olla o dutch oven grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-calienta el horno a 400 grados F. (Omite esto si lo preparas con antipaci\u00f3n o si planeas calentarlo sobre la estufa)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuece el espagueti, al dente, siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete. A\u00f1adiendo la cucharada de sal cuando el agua empiece a hervir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Engrasa el refractario, plat\u00f3n para horno, u olla con una de las cucharadas de mantequilla. Pica las otras&nbsp;cuatro cucharadas en cuadritos. Deja aparte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cubre el fondo del plat\u00f3n, refractario u olla con 1\/3 parte del espagueti.
