La ligereza de la tilapia pens\u00e9 que ir\u00eda muy bien con la combinaci\u00f3n de los sabores m\u00e1s fuertes que le acompa\u00f1an como las aceitunas y alcaparras. Revuelve hasta que todos los ingredientes se integren.<\/p>\n<p>Cuece por 2-3 minutos m\u00e1s. Checa de sal. Cierra el c\u00edrculo y cierra la orilla muy bien con tus dedos. Toma un tenedor y aplasta la orilla hasta sellarla. Haz un peque\u00f1o corte con un cuchillo en la parte central superior de la empanada (esto permitir\u00e1 que el vapor escape). Y coloca en una charola para hornear cubierta de papel pergamino. Forma m\u00e1s empanadas, te saldr\u00e1n entre 4-6 m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Bate el huevo. Cierra el c\u00edrculo y cierra la orilla muy bien con tus dedos. Toma un tenedor y aplasta la orilla hasta sellarla. Haz un peque\u00f1o corte con un cuchillo en la parte central superior de la empanada (esto permitir\u00e1 que el vapor escape). Y coloca en una charola para hornear cubierta de papel pergamino.
