Hoy te los presento en salsa de cerveza.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sobre la Salsa de Cerveza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta salsa est\u00e1 inspirada en una salsa borracha que mi pap\u00e1 hac\u00eda mucho. El no se mete mucho en la cocina pero a menudo preparaba esta salsa y la serv\u00eda sobre huevos revueltos, estrellados o sobre carne asada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es una salsa que tiene una base de jitomates con cebolla, ajo, especies y obviamente cerveza. Esta popular bebida le da un sabor m\u00e1s profundo a la salsa. Recomiendo que compres crudos los que ya vienen limpios, pelados y sin cola. Una vez separados y descongelados ponlos en el refrigerador hasta el momento de cocinarlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio alto. Fr\u00ede la cebolla por par de minutos. Agrega el ajo y el chile serrano. Cuando la cebolla est\u00e9 suave, vac\u00eda los tomates picados y fr\u00ede por un par de minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorpora la pasta de tomate, el tomillo, la hoja de laurel, la cerveza y la sal.
