Tiene la consistencia de arena muy gruesa y viene, generalmente, en color amarillo. Si vives en M\u00e9xico o en otro pa\u00eds de latinanoam\u00e9rica, cerci\u00f3rate de que no estas usando harina para masa de tortillas, sino harina de ma\u00edz para pan, o para hacer &#8220;cornbread.&#8221; Su sabor y consistencia son muy diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>Estos panqu\u00e9s son ideales como botana, para una merienda ligera o para acompa\u00f1ar sopas, caldos, frijoles, y chilis. Adem\u00e1s van muy bien con huevos en la ma\u00f1ana. Con movimientos envolventes revuelve cuidadosamente s\u00f3lo hasta que todo se integre bien. Cuidado de no mezclar demasiado.
