Y para todos ustedes aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la manera como lo preparamos en mi familia. \u00bfM\u00e1s f\u00e1cil? \u00a1Imposible!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/mamalatinatips\/7019482551\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm8.staticflickr.com\/7118\/7019482551_4abd276122.jpg\" alt=\"Guacamole\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Guacamole es una de las botanas mexicanas mas populares no s\u00f3lo en M\u00e9xico sino en todo el mundo. Es nutritivo, versatil y delicioso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No puede faltar en las fiestas y es sumamente f\u00e1cil de preparar. A mis hijos les encanta en <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2016\/06\/buffet-de-quesadillas.html\" target=\"_blank\">quesadillas<\/a>, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2017\/09\/tacos-de-chorizo-con-cebolla-y-elote-asados.html\" target=\"_blank\">tacos<\/a>, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2016\/02\/tostadas-de-rajas-con-crema.html\" target=\"_blank\">tostadas<\/a> o s\u00f3lo con totopos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variaciones del Guacamole<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El guacamole ya se ha convertido en un platillo del mundo y lo vemos preparado de diferentes maneras. Algunas personas le ponen ajo, otras la preparan sin jitomate. Otras no le ponen chile o usan el chile jalape\u00f1o en lugar del chile serrano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En algunas partes de M\u00e9xico no le ponen lim\u00f3n, en otros lugares lo ver\u00e1s con un chorrito de jugo de naranja. Bueno, en mi experiencia nada de eso es necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La oxidaci\u00f3n (el ponerse negro) se debe a la exposici\u00f3n del aguacate con el ox\u00edgeno del aire. Ponerle lim\u00f3n ayuda un poco, sin embargo para m\u00ed el truco que nunca, pero nunca falla es cubrirlo con pl\u00e1stico de cocina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aseg\u00farate que el pl\u00e1stico cubra toda la superficie del guacamole, no dejes espacio entre los dos. Tradicional<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>6 porciones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 5 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De principio a fin: 15 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 jitomates roma, lavados<\/li><li>1\/4 cebolla blanca mediana<\/li><li>1-2 chiles serranos,* lavados<\/li><li>Cilantro fresco al gusto, lavado<\/li><li>3 aguacates medianos, lavados<\/li><li>1-2 limones, el jugo<\/li><li>Sal al gusto<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pica finamente los jitomates, cebolla y cilantro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a taz\u00f3n combina las verduras picadas con el aguacate, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y sal al gusto. &nbsp;Pru\u00e9balo y a\u00f1ade mas jugo de lim\u00f3n o sal si es necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Eso es todo! ya ves te dije que era r\u00e1pido y f\u00e1cil de hacer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no lo comes inmediatamente, o si te sobra, te recomiendo que lo cubras con pl\u00e1stico asegur\u00e1ndote que toda la superficie lo toque, de esta forma conservar\u00e1 su vibrante color verde. &nbsp;Ponlo en el refrigerador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TAMBIEN LEE: <a pongo en otro plato de esta forma las personas que les gusta el picante pueden agregarlo al gusto. &nbsp;Si a ti no te gusta la comida picante, puedes omitirlo, el sabor cambiar\u00e1 un poco, pero
