Me encantar\u00e1 verla y tener la oportunidad de compartirla tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ensalada de At\u00fan Mexicana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>8 Porciones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cebolla blanca mediana picada finamente<\/li><li>2 jitomates roma picados<\/li><li>1 taza de cilantro fresco picado finamente<\/li><li>1 chile serrano (o dos o tres si lo quieres mas picoso o puedes omitirlo si no comes picante)<\/li><li>2 &#8211; 3 limones<\/li><li>2 latas (6oz) de at\u00fan en agua<\/li><li>2 cucharadas soperas de salsa catsup<\/li><li>2 tallos de apio, (por favor no omitas esto, es un ingrediente importante)<\/li><li>1 chile pimiento verde (o rojo o amarillo) \u00a0picado<\/li><li>1 taza de chicharos congelados<\/li><li>1 taza de granos de elote congelados<\/li><li>sal al gusto<\/li><li>1 lechuga de bola (iceberg) rebanada finamente<\/li><li>2 aguacate<\/li><li>Tostadas al gusto, fritas o asadas<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En un taz\u00f3n grande mezcla la cebolla, el jitomate, el cilantro y chile serrano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/mamalatinatips\/6821063966\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/farm8.staticflickr.com\/7176\/6821063966_ee6c6d834a.jpg\" alt=\"Jitomate, Cebolla y Chile\" width=\"623\" height=\"415\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrega el jugo de los limones, el at\u00fan (sin el agua) y la salsa catsup. Varias personas le han &#8220;echo el feo&#8221; a la salsa catsup pero d\u00e9jame decirte algo, ni siquiera te dar\u00e1s cuenta de que es parte de los ingredientes.
