Y siempre me ha llamado mucho la atenci\u00f3n que empieza precisamente el d\u00eda en que comenzamos las fiestas patrias en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Cada a\u00f1o escogemos un antojito que f\u00e1cil de hacer y servir. No s\u00f3lo para la familia pero para amigos que de casualidad pasen a saludarnos. Espolvor\u00e9a sal y pimienta al gusto y hornea por 20 minutos. Deja aparte.<\/p>\n<p>Coloca el chorizo picado en una sart\u00e9n, si tienes una sart\u00e9n grill de hierro forjado para estufa mucho mejor. Cocina por\u00a0<span class=\"il\">10<\/span>\u00a0minutos a temperatura medio-alta moviendo de vez en cuando para que se dore por todos lados. A\u00f1ade el ajo, y el chile jalape\u00f1o. Cubre con agua y ponlos a cocer sobre fuego alto hasta que suelten el hervor.
