S\u00f3lo necesitamos ponerlas en el horno por unos minutos, salen fragantes y doradas. Usarlas en este receta me ahorra el tiempo de lavarlas, pelarlas y cortarlas. O puedes preparar tu propia buttermilk combinando leche y vinage en un ratio de 1 taza de leche con una cucharada sopera de vinagre. Deja reposar por 5 minutos.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Proceso<\/h3>\n<p>Pre-calienta el horno a 425 grados F.<\/p>\n<p>Hornea las papas fritas de camote de Alexia de acuerdo a las instrucciones del paquete, media bolsa tomar\u00e1 m\u00e1s o menos 12 minutos.
