Estos son mis tips:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Empieza con un corte de calidad.<\/strong> Con esto me refiero a que sea un corte fresco y que tenga una buena cantidad de carne para morderla con ganas como&nbsp;<em>Extra Meaty Back Ribs de Smithfield\u00ae.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sazona muy bien:<\/strong> Uno de los secretos es preparar un buen sazonador, no te de miedo usar tu creatividad, combinar diferentes especias y cubrir muy bien toda la superficie de las costillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>An\u00edmate a experimentar:<\/strong> Puedes preparar las costillas de muchas maneras. Cuando deposit\u00e9 las costillas, lo hice sobre la parrilla donde no hab\u00eda carb\u00f3n debajo, de esta forma las costillas se cocen a fuego indirecto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto permite cocerlas por un tiempo m\u00e1s largo sin temor a quemarlas. Voltea la costilla de manera tal que veas la parte inferior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notar\u00e1s que tiene una membrana blanquecina. Con un cuchillo r\u00f3mpela en uno de los extremos y con tus dedos j\u00e1lala hasta removerla por completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepara el sazonador. El tama\u00f1o debe ser suficiente para envolverlas completamente y formar una especie de bolsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cubre las costillas por ambos lados con el sazonador. Calienta a fuego medio hasta que suelte el hervor, baja la temperatura y deja hervir por 15 minutos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuidadosamente, divide la mezcla en dos. Una parte d\u00e9jala a un lado (con esta cubrir\u00e1s las costillas antes de ponerlas en la parrilla) y la otra ponla a hervir nuevamente a fuego bajo por otros 10 minutos o hasta que se reduzca y espese. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta \u00faltima ser\u00e1 la salsa con las que puedes ba\u00f1arlas antes de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepara tu asador, deber\u00e1 estar caliente y listo para cuando saques las costillas del horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasando las dos horas saca las costillas del horno y c\u00fabrelas con la salsa que apartaste. Mezcla las 3 cucharadas de achiote, la c\u00e1scara de naranja, sal, pimienta y clavos de olor.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-20190-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Coloca las costillas sobre un pedazo grande de papel aluminio. Empezando por la parte superior de manera tal que cuando voltees cada una de ellas queden con la carne hacia abajo. Cierra el papel aluminio y hornea 1 hora a 250 grados F y luego otra hora a 350 grados F.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-20190-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Durante la \u00faltima hora de cocimiento prepara la salsa y prepara tu asador.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-20190-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezcla jugo de naranja, vinagre, az\u00facar morena, achiote, sal y chile chipotle hasta disolver el az\u00facar y sal. Calienta a fuego medio hasta que suelte el hervor, baja la temperatura y deja hervir por 15 minutos. Cuidadosamente, divide la mezcla en dos. Una parte d\u00e9jala a un lado (con esta cubrir\u00e1s las costillas antes de ponerlas en la parrilla) y la otra ponla a hervir nuevamente a fuego bajo por otros 10 minutos o hasta que se reduzca y espese. Esta \u00faltima ser\u00e1 la salsa con las que puedes ba\u00f1arlas antes de servir.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-20190-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Prepara tu asador, deber\u00e1 estar caliente y listo para cuando saques las costillas del horno.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-20190-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasando las dos horas saca las costillas del horno y c\u00fabrelas con la mitad de la salsa que apartaste.
