Sin embargo jumbo o peque\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n son adecuados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos y Sustituciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Compra el camar\u00f3n limpio, sin vena y sin cola, eso te ahorrar\u00e1 mucho tiempo y esfuerzo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfNo tienes perejil? Puedes usar cilantro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esta receta utilizaremos el lim\u00f3n verde, sin embargo puedes tambi\u00e9n usar lim\u00f3n amarillo, o lim\u00f3n Meyer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si s\u00f3lo tienes mantequilla con sal la puedes usar sin problema. Deja aparte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lava y pica el perejil finamente, dejando algunas hojitas para adornar si as\u00ed lo prefieres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seca los camarones limpios para absorber cualquier exceso de humedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derrite la mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n caliente. Baja la temperatura, esto es importante porque hay que cocinar el ajo sin que se queme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrega el ajo y cuece sin dejar de mover hasta que se dore un poco. Esto tomar\u00e1 entre 30 y 40 segundos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ade los camarones, salpimenta al gusto y cuece hasta que cambien de color transparente a un color rosado, el tiempo depender\u00e1 de la temperatura de tu sart\u00e9n.
