Prepararlos no es dif\u00edcil, s\u00f3lo requiere de varios pasos siendo el primero pelar los chicles poblanos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y hoy te cuento como hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chiles Poblanos vs Chiles Pasilla<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante hacer una aclaraci\u00f3n, en M\u00e9xico el chile usado para chiles rellenos se le conoce como chile poblano, sin embargo en los Estados Unidos, por una raz\u00f3n que a\u00fan no termino de entender, tambi\u00e9n se les conoce tambi\u00e9n como chile pasilla (el cual en M\u00e9xico es diferente). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar confusiones checa la foto superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saber como pelar chiles poblanos te ayudar\u00e1 mucho si quieres preparar otros platillos de comida mexicana. Si se llegaran a mojar, aseg\u00farate de secarlos por completo antes de asarlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En estufa de gas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tienes estufa de gas, lo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil es que prendas uno de los quemadores y pongas los chiles rellenos directamente en el fuego, cambi\u00e1ndolos de posici\u00f3n conforme se vayan asando. Ten cuidado de no quemar tus manos, t\u00f3malos por la pata. Si la flama es muy alta, b\u00e1jala un poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En estufa el\u00e9ctrica<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tienes dos opciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coloca los chiles en una charola para hornear, prende el asador de tu horno y mete la charola cuando est\u00e9 bien caliente en la reja superior. C\u00e1mbialos de posici\u00f3n conforme se vayan asando.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca un comal a temperatura alta (tal como lo vez en las fotos) y coloca los chiles sobre \u00e9l. Cierra bien la bolsa y deja reposar por unos 5-7 minutos. Esto crear\u00e1 vapor y los har\u00e1 &#8220;sudar&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abre cuidadosamente la bolsa, recuerda que est\u00e1 llena de vapor. Saca un chile, y cierra la bolsa nuevamente. El chile deber\u00e1 estar caliente pero no tanto como para no tomarlo con tus manos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con tus dedos empieza a separar la piel, ver\u00e1s que se desprende f\u00e1cilmente.
