La carne de cerdo o puerco siempre ha sido parte de nuestras reuniones y fiestas familiares. En nuestras mesas siempre podr\u00e1s ver un jam\u00f3n en espiral, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2017\/12\/lomo-mechado-con-salsa-de-chabacano-y-habanero.html\">lomo relleno<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamalatinatips.com\/es\/2016\/09\/como-hacer-tacos-al-pastor-en-casa.html\">carne al pastor<\/a> y hasta carnitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas de las razones por las que nos gusta tanto, adem\u00e1s de la obvia que es su sabor, es porque es muy vers\u00e1til y la podemos hacer en una cantidad infinita de formas. Espero que te animes a prepararla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#5ab5a7;color:#ffffff;text-align:center\" class=\"has-text-color has-background\">Encuentra la receta imprimible al final del art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chuletas de Cerdo Entomatadas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Porciones 4 chuletas entomatadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 5 minutos &#8211; De principio a fin: 45 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 1\/2 cucharadas soperas de aceite<\/li><li>4&nbsp;chuletas de cerdo con hueso<\/li><li>1&nbsp;libra de tomatillos,&nbsp;lavados y pelados<\/li><li>1&nbsp;cebolla blanca mediana, rebanada<\/li><li>2-3 chiles chipotles en adobo<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Calienta el aceite en una sart\u00e9n grande o&nbsp;cazuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Dora las chuletas, aproximadamente 2 minutos por cada lado. Tapa la cazuela o sart\u00e9n, baja la temperatura y deja cocer por 30 minutos. Al principio posiblemente sentir\u00e1s que el platillo es seco, pero pronto ver\u00e1s que los tomatillos y la cebolla empezar\u00e1n a soltar l\u00edquido y formar\u00e1n la salsa, no necesitas agregar agua, s\u00f3lo mueve de vez en cuando para permitir que los tomatillos vayan llegando al fondo de la cazuela.
