El pasado cinco de noviembre se llevo a cabo el Webcast “Entender y Entretener con el Queso Artesanal”. On November 5th, I was first in line participating in a webcast called “Understanding and Entertaining with Artisan Cheese”. It was a lot of fun seeing the cooking demo and writing down great tips about cheese I can use at my parties. In addition I learn lots of facts about cheese and Wisconsin :), it was very interesting.
