Continuing with my Lenten Recipes Series, today I would like to share a recipe I first featured back in 2010, Shrimp and Guacamole Tacos. Sometimes the easiest recipes are the best, guacamole and shrimp are a match made in heaven. Folks love them because they are ridiculously easy to make and delicious to eat.
Shrimp and Guacamole Tacos
- 2 (12 oz) Shrimp boxes. For this recipe I used Sea Pak Shrimp Scampi in butter and garlic sauce, but you can use any kind, you can find them in the frozen department. Of course, you can always use fresh shrimp from the market.
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
