DisclosureDid you ever wonder how the amazing animators at Disney get their characters to move? How do they go from clay models to practically living beings? How does Elsa's hair look so real? How does Kristoff move like “such a man?”

The answer is rigging!

Last month, I had the opportunity to visit the Walt Disney Animation Studios for a behind the scenes look at the making of Frozen.

Today, I want to share a bit of video I took featuring supervisors from Disney's Animation and Rigging Teams. In it, they share how characters like Elsa, Olaf and Kristoff got their moves on. Enjoy! (If you are reading this post via email, just click on the title of the email to go to my blog in order to see the video, thanks.)

Don't forget Frozen will be released on Blu-Ray/DVD on March 18th!! Be sure to come back that day for an exciting giveaway!!!
