This post was made possible by the good folks at Kimberly-Clark. My opinions and my need to clean up plenty of messes in my kitchen are my own.

Ok, everyone, as promised I have a great giveaway for all you moms and dads who have messy kids. You know who you are.

This giveaway features the Viva paper towel, which, by the way, I had the opportunity to test on a very big, legitimate spill yesterday. By legitimate, I do not mean an intentional spill-so-I-could-write-about-it-spill. I mean a real, daily life, unintentional spill.

Viva Paper Towels

You know how the first moment after a spill sometimes you just freeze, staring in disbelief? Well, I grabbed a paper towel when I came to my senses and was shocked by how soft it was. I placed it on top of a giant red puddle and went back to get another.

But the thing is when I got back to the mess, the first paper towel had absorbed it all already. Very unexpected. The next thing I noticed is the towel wasn’t falling apart in my hand, so I rinsed it off really well to get all the red out, and then wiped down all the surfaces in the kitchen. That’s one tough paper towel!

Starting now in September, parents can visit Pick Up the Values on Facebook to find tips and tricks from real parents with real life solutions that will help stretch their budgets and make it easy for them to put more of what they need in their basket.

And remember you can also visit this Pick Up the Values link to find coupons, too.

Now the giveaway!

Win It!

To participate for the chance to win 10 (6 pks) of Viva Paper Towels is easy.  Just leave me a comment telling me what is the toughest mess your kids have made in their lives. That’s it! That is your required entry.

Would you like more opportunities to win? I have a few of those, too! These entries are optional:

Enter for the chance to win 10-6pks of @VivaTowels @mamalatina http://www.mamalatinatips.com/?p=4416 #PickUpTheValues

(limit: one tweet per day, just please leave me a comment for each with the link of the tweet) 1 entry per tweet.

Please leave me a separate comment for your required entry and for each optional entry (1,2, 3, 4, and/or 5), so I know how many entries you have, thanks.

This giveaway will end on Thursday, Sept 19, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. PST. No purchase necessary. Open to US residents only, 18 years of age or older. Winner will be randomly chosen and notified via email. Winner must respond to notification email within 3 days or a new winner will be chosen. Void where prohibited. Please no P.O. Boxes. My daughter dumped a whole bottle of shampoo on the carpet one day. It was a horrible bubbly mess.

My daughter dropped a large jar of cherries in the kitchen. The juice went everywhere, including the ceiling. It was the biggest, stickiest mess I’ve ever seen. Thank you!

My kids decided to put the hose in the garden and make a mud pit to play in. At least it was outside.

The first memory that comes to mind is when my was very sick. He vomited all through the hallway and by the time he got to the bathroom he was finished. What a mess that was!

My son had diarrea and decided to sit down at the top of our steps and come step by step down on his but. I cannot even begin to do justice to the mess he made on our cream colored, carpet covered stairs.

My kids had spilled just made cherry jello, that was still in liquid form onto our white floor. What a mess.

One day when I was unloading groceries I left a bag of flour on the floor and had to run to the bathroom. Our son got that flour all over the kitchen by the time i got back out of the bathroom.
