I am extremely jealous of one of my lucky readers right now. Why? Because one of the great wishes on my bucket-list is to go to Universal Orlando Resort in Florida!! And I have tickets to give away for exactly that!
I would love to go during their Navidades en Universal special holiday events in order to create some unforgettable lifetime memories. The holidays offer incredible entertainment experiences at both theme parks throughout December and including New Year’s Day. In fact, if I could go right now, this is what I’d do.
First, I would stay at their Loews Royal Pacific Resort hotel. I would get up early and take advantage of the hotel’s early park admission benefit which allows guests to enter the Wizarding World of Harry Potter attraction at Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park early. Then, I would beat it on over to their live stage show, “Grinchmas Wholiday Spectacular,” starring The Grinch himself and the Whos from Who-ville at Seuss Landing, so my boys could meet the Grinch in person. How cute is that?
After that, I would want to see the Macy’s Holiday Parade in the evening, where they have the same larger-than-life balloons seen in the New York City parade. That’s over at Universal Studios, Florida, so we would head over there and my husband, I’m sure, would want to see the Blues Brothers’ Holiday Show, which is also there.
If we were lucky enough and the timing were right, and we were there on one of the eight nights they were playing this year, we would love to catch the Mannheim Steamroller concert, too. Good thing all the entertainment is included with admission to Universal Studios, Florida, right? Whew!! What a day!

Since there’s no snow here, it would be an amazing adventure to visit the Harry Potter attraction. I just love how magical this place makes everything seem and seeing so many smiles in one place is always pleasant.
