Remember that we have been following my friend Liz’s plans for her fifteenth wedding anniversary and Mama Latina Tips readers helped her to choose her outfit, you can read about it here. Well, here is her report about the winning outfit and how the big date went. Take it away Liz!

The Big Date

First I want to thank you for voting! You had two options and you made a wonderful choice. Silvia kept me in the dark until the very last minute as to which outfit won!

As I mentioned in an earlier post, my husband and I rarely get a chance to go out alone, so having that special time together to celebrate our marriage was momentous. Our anniversary dinner was amazing. We talked, we laughed, we bonded. It proved to me we need more special dates like it. Plus, I felt amazing. The outfit fit me right and I have all of you who had a chance to vote to thank for voting for it. So, what do you think? I loved the way the skirt flowed freely and the top’s material was cool to the touch on that warm fall evening.

Our evening went off without a hitch and we ate dinner outside under the stars. I wish that night could have lasted forever! Thanks again to all of you who voted for my outfit and to JCPenney and Liz Claiborne for making it all happen for my husband and me.

Remember that even if it’s not for a special occasion, having the right look and feeling confident and comfortable in your clothes is important and you’re worth it. Whether it’s for a business meeting, a press event, a wedding, or a night out, count on Liz Claiborne to always be there to help you look your best.

This outfit gave me the confidence I needed to make a great impression. jcpenney carries iconic brands like Liz Claiborne that make looking good effortless at great prices. Go to jcpenney to shop for more of fall’s best trends.

What outfit makes you feel the most confident?

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of jcpenney. The opinions and text are all mine.
