Disney has done it again! Secret of the Wings, a new, enchanting, fairy story for young and old arrives October 23rd. This is my favorite Disney fairy-movie so far.
Tinker Bell feels a special attraction for the forbidden Winter Woods. Seeing animals change their fur as they cross the line between the Warm Woods and the Winter Woods fascinates her so much, she decides to try it herself. At that moment she experiences something magical (one of the most beautiful Disney scenes I’ve ever seen) and something happens to her wings!
Tink wants to know more about her amazing experience, so she takes a risk and enters an adventure she never thought possible and that will change her life forever.
I had the opportunity to view Secret of the Wings in 3D a few weeks back during a visit to the DisneyToon studios (more to come about that). There are so many things I love about it; it is touching, fun and adventure-filled.
“Secret of the Wings” features a spectacular voice cast including Academy Award®-Winner Anjelica Huston, Timothy Dalton, Lucy Liu, Raven-Symoné, Megan Hilty, Lucy Hale, Pamela Adlon, Matt Lanter, Debby Ryan and Mae Whitman. The film is directed by the very talented Peggy Holmes, co-directed by Bobs Gannaway, and produced by Michael Wigert and John Lasseter.
