Pregnancy Awareness Month Events and Giveaway

When I had my first baby I reached out to my community and joined a mom-to-mom group, which saved me in those first months.  Having the support of, information from, and “get-togethers”with, other moms helped me to be a better mom.  Now, we have the internet and can create support communities online, too.  So when asked to volunteer my voice in support of Pregnancy Awareness Month, I didn’t have to think twice.

Pregnancy Awareness Month is an organization dedicated to inspiring women during pregnancy with educational initiatives spotlighting nutrition, wellness, and all around nurturing. On the social front,  P.A.M. encourages women to engage with fellow “pregnantistas” and form supportive communities via vibrant social media outreach and live events across the country.

May is Pregnancy Awareness Month and the campaign focuses on four key initiatives; Education, Exercise, Nutrition & Wellness, and Nurture. There will be various events including a FREE event in Los Angeles featuring a variety of specialists and experts in the fields of pregnancy, motherhood, and kids, as well as baby brands showing their latest products.
