Attention All Latinas with Shoes!  You are going to like this!  A few weeks ago, I was asked if I would like to try the new Neat Containers and host a giveaway, and when I saw what they were all about, I just couldn’t refuse and let me show you why. / Atención a todas las latinas con zapatos! esto te va a gustar!, hace algunas semanas me preguntaron si me gustaría dar mi opinión sobre un producto nuevo en el mercado llamado Neat Containers y ofrecer un sorteo a mis lectores, y cuando vi de lo que se trataba, obviamente no pude decir que no y ahorita te explico porqué.

Lately and little by little, I’ve been organizing our house’s closets- not an easy task.  We specially have a problem with shoes.  I don’t think we own more than average Americans, I own less than 10 pairs myself (not bad, right?), however sometimes it feels like together we own hundreds.  I do have little cubby holes in my closet to store my shoes, but some of them don’t fit in there, or they are for a different season, so I keep them in boxes. / Ultimamente, y poco a poquito he estado organizando los closets de mi casa, y no es una tarea sencilla.  Nosotros tenemos un problema con los zapatos.  Yo no creo que mi familia tiene mas zapatos que cualquier otra familia, yo no tengo mas de diez pares, sin embargo a veces pareciera que entre todos tenemos cientos!.  Mi closet tiene pequeños cubículos para los zapatos, pero algunos de ellos, como mis botas, no caben ahí, así que acaban en cajas.

My kids usually pile up shoes in multiple places around the house and when I ask them to put them in the closet, usually it looks like this. / Mis hijos normalmente tiran los zapatos por toda la casa, y cuando les pido que los pongan en su closet, esto es lo que pasa.

So imagine my joy when I checked the Neat Containers website and discovered this really would be a great thing to have.  On the day they got here, it looked like this. / Así que imaginate lo felíz que me puse después de ver los contenedores y darme cuenta que podrían ayudarme mucho. Así es como aparecieron en la caja cuando llegaron a mi casa.

And after following the instructions in the video it took me just half an hour to organize every shoe in my house. / Y después de ver el video para ver como ensamblarlos, sólo me tomo media hora organizar cada zapato en mi casa.

Now my closet looks like this. / Ahora mi closet se ve así.

And my kids’ closet looks like this. / Y el de mis hijos se ve así.

What do you think?  It was so easy and fast, I couldn’t believe it, now I can see exactly what is in each box and our shoes are easy to find.  No more running around in the morning looking for the kids’ shoes. / ¿Qué opinas? Fue tan rápido y fácil que todavía no lo puedo creer, ahora puedo ver exactamente que hay en cada caja, es mucho mas fácil encontrar los zapatos, se acabaron las carreras en la mañana buscando zapatos debajo de la cama.

As you can see,  Neat Containers can be used in so many different ways, the folks there proudly say “they are the only clear storage system that lets users remove and open individual pods from each stack without disturbing or collapsing nearby stacks or rows.” / Como puedes ver, puedes usar Neat Containers en muchos sentidos, hasta ellos mismos orgullosamente dicen “neat containers son el único sistema de almacenamiento que permite remover y abrir cajas individualmente sin desordenar las otras cajas alrededor”.
