La semana pasada, te conté que hoy es el estreno de Bambi en Edición Diamante, y hoy tengo un super sorteo para ti como celebración!

Yo no recuerdo cuantos años tenía cuando vi Bambi por vez primera, seguramente era muy pequeña.  Había olvidado lo dulce y hermosa que es esta película!  mis hijos y yo la vimos el sábado y pasamos de las risas a las lágrimas.  Me encantó la música y como juega un papel estelar en la película, especialmente la escena donde comienza a llover y Bambi ve relámpagos por primera vez, es una escena muy bien hecha.  También me gusta que no  hay  mucho diálogo lo que nos permite hablar de los animales que vamos viendo y mis hijos pueden hacer preguntas sin distraernos  mucho.

La restauración es extraordinaria, los colores tienen una nueva luz sin separarse mucho de la versión original que todos conocemos muy bien. Por primera vez Disney introduce la tecnología “Second Screen” con la que puedes interactuar con la película usando tu iPad o Laptop.  Bambi Edición Diamante viene con subtítulos y audio en español, inglés y francés, además de contenido extra, como escenas nunca vistas, una canción que fue borrada del original y juegos, entre otras cosas.

Last Saturday, I shared with you the good news about Disney Studios releasing the Bambi Diamond Edition today March 1st.   You can read everything here!  Today, to celebrate, I have an awesome giveaway for one lucky Mama Latina Tips reader!!

I don’t remember how old I was when I first saw Bambi, but I’m sure I was very young.  I’d forgotten how sweet and beautiful the movie is!  My sons and I watched it on Saturday and we laughed a lot and cried some, too.  I just loved the music and how it is almost like another character in the movie.   I specially remember the scene when it started to rain and Bambi saw the lighting for the first time!  It is beautifully done.  I also like that there is not too much dialog in the movie.   We talked about the different kinds of animals we saw and it was sweet to hear my kids questions and see their smiles.

The restoration is remarkable, the colors have a new light without taking to much away from the original, classic movie we all know so well.  For the first time, Disney has introduced a movie with their Second Screen technology, where you can interact with the movie using your iPad or Laptop computer.   Bambi Diamond Edition comes with both audio and subtitles in English, Spanish, and French, plus great special features like two never before seen deleted scenes, a deleted song, and Disney’s Big Book of Knowledge Game, among many others.
